Each September an eclectic group of therapists, coaches, and other helpers join me in the incredible Shenandoah Valley to create
room to breathe.
Join other helpers for a needed break from the hustle of taking care of others and just take care of YOU!
We will be practicing Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Parts Work, but we will be curating the weekend to fit specific needs of helpers.

Each attendee will have their own bed, bathrooms are shared.

Private Room - a spacious room with queen or king bed for one attendee.

Shared Double Room - a room with two queen beds, shared by two attendees.

Shared Triple Room - a room with three single beds, shared by three attendees. One spacious room has 6 single beds, but only 3 will be occupied to keep the retreat intimate.

Meet Your Guide...
Jacqui is a IFS Level 2 graduate and continues learning and expanding her knowledge through 1:1 Consultations as well as being involved in IFS consultation groups.
She will always be a student as well as a teacher. She likes to think of herself as a Sherpa – she doesn’t have all the answers but can help you stop walking in circles and find your correct path.
Jacqui has been a practitioner and teacher of Mindfulness concepts as well as a therapist for decades. By founding The Both/And Way she is able to use her SELF more effectively by teaching and leading retreats.
