This retreat is for those who have been on a Room to Breathe Retreat, participated in Understanding You, or have some prior knowledge of IFS and Mindfulness Practices. If you have knowledge of IFS/Parts Work you may qualify, just reach out to verify.
Join me in the Blue Ridge Mountains to do our internal work bathed in nature.
We will be practicing Mindfulness, Mindful Self-Compassion, and Parts Work, but we will be curating the weekend to build upon your past experiences.

Shared Triple Room - a room with three double beds, shared by three attendees. If bunk beds are present, only the bottom bunk will be occupied.

Meet Your Guide...
Jacqui is a IFS Level 2 graduate and continues learning and expanding her knowledge through 1:1 Consultations as well as being involved in IFS consultation groups.
She will always be a student as well as a teacher. She likes to think of herself as a Sherpa – she doesn’t have all the answers but can help you stop walking in circles and find your correct path.
Jacqui has been a practitioner and teacher of Mindfulness concepts as well as a therapist for decades. By founding The Both/And Way she is able to use her SELF more effectively by teaching and leading retreats.
