Parenting a child with a substance use disorder is difficult, but taking care of yourself and learning new, healthy ways to communicate is possible. Even when your loved one stops using, you may find it hard to "stay in your lane," because you have been so affected (traumatized) by the using behaviors. Whether your child is in recovery or still using, this class will help you: Set Boundaries Reduce Stress Develop a Pause Button Build a Support Community Increase Your Frustration Tolerance Communicate Effectively Instead of Emotionally If you cannot make a class, the class can be recorded for you. Price includes all 5 classes for 1 or 2 people (parents, caregivers) plus an hour long 1:1 coaching session with Jacqueline Stilling.
